AQUIND welcomes today’s decision of the General Court of the European Union.
The court has annulled the decision of the Board of Appeal of the Agency for Co-operation of Energy Regulators dated 17 October 2018 rejecting AQUIND Interconnector’s exemption request.
AQUIND is looking forward to furthering collaboration with ACER, the European Commission and other stakeholders on the implementation of this ruling.
